Sunday School and Bible Class

Sunday School Opening

Sunday School at Peace Lutheran Church begins at approximately 9:45 a.m. with teachers waiting for them online on Zoom. Children are online in their classes at approximately 10 a.m. If you are a guest, please see a Greeter, Elder,  or Usher for information on where you and/or your children will attend Sunday school.  Other parents are also more than happy to help you.

Coffee, soft drinks and snacks are made available prior to the opening for $0.50 a piece. The money raised from sales goes to the Peace Youth Group.

Classes for Children

Classes are available for children ages 4 through 18. The prekindergarten class meets in the main church building (in the Pre-K classroom to the left of the Sanctuary) while all other classes meet in the youth building. Assistance in finding the correct classroom is always available for visitors, please ask a Greeter  or Elder.

All children's classes follow a carefully crafted  "Enduring Faith" curriculum developed by Concordia Publishing House.  Regardless of the age of the child, the goal at Peace Lutheran is for children to leave their Sunday School classrooms with the ability to tell their parents about the lesson that was studied.

Youth ages 7th-12th grade focus on various social and personal topics to better equip them with a strong Christian background to carry into their daily lives.

Classes for Adults

Adult Sunday School class is led by Pastor Stephen Rynearson.

Pastor Rynearson's class meets in the Fellowship Hall and usually features an in-depth and interactive study of the books of the Holy Bible.
